It is projected that the years 2011 and 2012 will witness a significant segment of the United States military that will begin making their transition from the Iraq and Afghanistan war, back into the day-to-day working world. These endeared dedicated public servants will bring back to the working world arena a host of skills and assets, but also remnants of the war - some seen and unseen. Returning soldiers must reintegrate themselves into a work environment that has a different working culture. Today's soldiers must quickly prepare themselves to be employed in civilian jobs.
