In these challenging economic times, companies must do more with less.
Every single working hour should yield optimum results and yet, day after day, companies lose millions in waste. Waste in doing repetitive tasks blindly because, 'It's how we've always done it'. Waste creates frustration, drives up costs, and can even threaten the very existence of a business operation. Most of it is subtle. Most of it goes undetected by business owners. Most of it is preventable. We want to help your business improve your bottom line by having you learn valuable and helpful insight that you can put to work the very next day.
In one afternoon, we'll help you look for ways to look for defects and delays, over-flowing in-baskets, unnecessary effort, bottlenecks, and even customer complaints. Then provide you with the tools to improve your systems and reap powerful, profitable benefits.
What You Can Expect
Identify, Quantify and Prioritize Cost Reduction Opportunities
The H3 Methodology Tour is limited to more than sixty people per session. This allows us to work with you and your team to: define your vision, identify the problem in reaching the vision, define the potential root case to the problem and define a potential solution.
Determine the Best Solutions for Your Organization
At this point in the session, you will have enough of a foundation to measure the problem or defect in your organization. We'll explore what's the first thing getting the way of the vision as well as problem solve methods for overcoming those obstacles. We'll then look for opportunities to remove waste in your organization's day-to-day operations.
BONUS
Complimentary 20-minute consultation after the training session (limited spaces available)
Unlimited access to online community to receive additional support and access to valuable resources.
Access to 3 video conferences in 2012 (1 seat only)
